陈义勇,男,博士,教授,中共党员,常熟理工学院生物与食品工程学院农产品加工与生物大分子实验室负责人。以第一作者和通讯作者发表论文60余篇,授权发明专利6项,实用新型专利4项。主持国家级、省部级项目、市厅级项目、横向课题等各级项目20余项,参与国家863计划项目子课题1项。获得全国商业科技进步奖一等奖1项、全国商业科技进步奖三等奖1项。
